During this especially stressful time, Laura Gatien & Associates is committed to making first responders, front line health care professionals and essential service workers mental health a priority in Saint John.
As a first responder, you deserve healing from your experiences and mental wellness - you should be able to thrive in the profession you've dedicated your life too, and even risked your life for.
We know that first responders, front line health care workers and essential service workers are human, and are greatly impacted by the stress during the pandemic.
You are keeping other people alive and have fears around your own health and the health of your family. You don't want to burden your family with your fears and worries.
Talk to us.
We can give you the help you need.
Join us for a special 8-week session with your peers starting this February.
Feel supported and understood while we discuss tools to cope and build resilience against the traumatic experiences you face on the job and the stress you feel at home trying to balance the two.
The program we've developed is inclusive (it's the same group of people for the entire 8 week session), doesn’t require a diagnosis to attend and may be covered by insurance.
First responders helping first responders just makes sense...that's why we're running this group session again.
It's hope & healing through connection, support and understanding
