Meet Amanda Young (She/Her)
Clinical Therapist MC, CCC, LCT-C
Amanda Young works with clients experiencing addiction, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, low self-esteem, abuse, and trauma. She incorporates pieces of CBT, trauma focused CBT, solution focused, and positive psychology.

Amanda is a Licensed Counselling Therapist - Candidate (LCT-C) with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UNB Saint John and a Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University.

A lesson that I learned as a young mother with a full-time job and completing university; you need self-care to better function as a human being. I firmly believe that by creating meaning from life experiences we are able to rewrite and take control of our story.
