Meet Gillian Crandall (She/Her)

Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCT-C)
Gillian is a Licensed Counselling Therapist - Candidate (LCT-C) with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Gerontology at Saint Thomas University.
Gillian works with children, couples, and individuals experiencing concerns relating to anxiety, depression, communication and relational issues, neurodivergence, grief, and trauma. Gillian is an empathic listener who brings openness, authenticity, and humour to her sessions.
Her approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic. She draws upon various counselling modalities to meet client's needs including emotion-focused, somatic, and cognitive behavioural therapy through an Internal Family Systems lens.
