My Approach
I work from a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach and will work collaboratively with you to achieve your goals. As a social worker, I recognize you are the expert in your life, and we will work together to identify the challenges you are experiencing while also highlighting your strengths.
I recognize that life can be overwhelming. In our sessions, my goal is to provide a warm, respectful, and empathic environment. All sessions are confidential.

I understand the importance of using evidence-based therapies and draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy while focusing on self-care.
You are not alone. I am here to work with you to achieve your goals.
