My Approach

My counselling practice is rooted in building connection and rapport, cultivating an atmosphere of acceptance, openness, and trust.

Through a strengths-based approach, I draw on elements of various therapeutic modalities including narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and attachment theory to help my clients deepen their self-awareness and gain new perspectives on personal challenges.

We’ll work together to identify and apply existing strengths in order to build more effective coping strategies, improved emotion regulation skills, and to create significant change.

I feel lucky to work in a field that allows me to support and connect with people of all ages in authentic, meaningful ways, and I truly love my job. I look forward to welcoming you to our sessions!

"The pain you feel today is the strength you feel tomorrow. For every challenge encountered, there is opportunity for growth."
