My Approach

My approach to counselling incorporates elements of person-centered, cognitive behaviour therapy, solution focused brief therapy, narrative and play into sessions. I believe that therapy is an important element of self- care which is key to living a happy and balanced life.

I will provide an environment that is relaxing, open and safe for you to tell your story. I will listen and help you find a path forward.

About Me

I am a full-time working parent that understands the challenges of meeting the needs of others and trying to take care of yourself. I decided to become a counsellor because I want to help others navigate their challenges.

Life is messy with many highs and lows, and I believe all of us need support. If you are ready for someone to support you, provide empathy and unconditional positive regard- I will be there for you.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions and want to figure out if we would be a good fit for each other.

"The pain you feel today is the strength you feel tomorrow. For every challenge encountered, there is opportunity for growth."
