My Approach
Ashley is trained in several evidence-based and attachment-focused modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She offers both Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). She is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma resolution and incorporates Integrated Attachment Family Therapy (IAFT) to support and strengthen parent/child relationships.
In addition, Ashley is training in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), a developmentally informed approach that integrates neuroscience into clinical practice, particularly for those impacted by early adversity or complex trauma.
Ashley creates a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace. She is committed to fostering lasting change through both emotional processing and practical strategies grounded in attachment science and brain-based interventions.
