Therapy for Relationships, Family & Life Transitions in New Brunswick
Relationships are at the centre of our lives. They shape how we see ourselves, how safe we feel in the world and how we cope with change. When relationships become strained — or when life transitions disrupt the stability we once had — it can create stress, confusion and emotional pain.
Whether you're navigating conflict, adjusting to a major life change or trying to better understand your relationship patterns, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity and develop healthier ways of connecting.
What we help with…
We support children, teens, adults, couples and families navigating a wide range of relationship and life transition concerns, including:
Ongoing conflict, communication breakdowns, trust concerns or feeling disconnected from a partner, family member or loved one. From an attachment perspective, many relationship struggles are rooted in deeper needs for safety, closeness and reassurance. When those needs feel threatened, people may withdraw, become defensive, pursue reassurance more intensely or feel stuck in repeating patterns with the people they care about most. Learn more.
BOUNDARIES & CODEPENDENCY
If you have patterns of over-functioning, people-pleasing or prioritizing others’ needs at the expense of your own well-being, we can help you learn how to set healthy limits, communicate needs clearly and protect your emotional well-being in relationships.
Navigating identity questions, attachment experiences, family dynamics and emotional complexities that can arise within adoptive families. Learn more.
Support for individuals, couples and families navigating the emotional impact of relationship breakdown, co-parenting adjustments and major life changes. Learn more.

How It Works
The first step in getting support is to fill out this form. Based on your requirements, we’ll match you with someone we feel is best suited to help you. Alternatively, you can take our quiz and get matched with an appropriate therapist for your needs.
Our therapists use trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, somatic strategies, attachment-focused therapy and cognitive therapies — always tailored to your unique needs and readiness.
Counselling sessions can be conducted in-person or virtually, whichever you prefer. Sessions typically run 50 minutes long. How often you attend sessions is discussed collaboratively and is based on your needs and schedule. You are always in control of your therapy, working at your own pace, and can choose the frequency and length to best suit your needs.
