(No grumpy front desks here.)
When you reach out to us, you won’t find a cold, clipboard-sliding reception experience. Behind every appointment, phone call, invoice and intake form is a team of real humans who genuinely care about making your experience smooth, respectful and stress-free.
Our support staff team works quietly behind the scenes to remove barriers, reduce confusion and make sure you feel supported from your very first contact.
Here’s the friendly, capable crew that helps make that happen.
-

Jessica Bird, Client Support Specialist
Jessica is often one of the first voices you’ll hear. She provides timely phone support, answers questions clearly and helps you move confidently through your next steps — whether that’s booking, rescheduling or understanding how to get started.
Her priority is simple: no confusing runaround, no unanswered calls — just responsive, kind support when you need it.
-

Meagan Chaffey, Clinical Lead - Saint John
Meaghan offers clinical leadership and mentorship to the Saint John team while also practicing part time. She focuses on maintaining clinical excellence, collaboration, and consistency in client care.
Her role helps ensure every client experience meets the highest professional standards and that our clinical team feels supported.
-

Ashley Delahaye. Clinical Lead - Fredericton

If you’re unsure where to start, need help finding the right therapist or have questions about billing, Amanda helps make it simple and stress-free.
-

Laura Gatien, Founder & CEO
Laura shapes the vision, standards, and long-term direction of the organization. Her leadership ensures that clinical integrity, ethical practice, and client-centered care remain at the heart of everything we do. She sets the strategic priorities of the practice, guiding sustainable growth while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion.
In addition to leading the practice, Laura founded and serves as founder & board chair of Just Us; We All Struggle Inc., a registered charity committed to removing barriers to mental health care. This work reflects her broader commitment to social impact and ensures that access to counselling extends beyond those with financial means. Through both the practice and the charity, she advances a unified mission: strengthening individuals, families, and communities by making high-quality mental health care both exceptional and accessible.
-

Maddy Peters, Strategic Partner
Maddy works alongside leadership to strengthen alignment, accountability and clinic culture. While her role is strategic, the impact is client-facing: consistent standards, clear processes and a team that works cohesively to support high-quality care.
Her focus is ensuring the organization operates in a way that protects client experience at every level.
-

Elden Smith, Operations Coordinator

-

Heidi Smith, Booking Coordinator
Heidi guides new clients through the intake and booking process with clarity and efficiency. She helps match you with the right clinician, answers service questions and ensures appointments are scheduled smoothly.
Her goal is to remove the overwhelm from “Where do I begin?” — so you can focus on getting the support you came for.
-

Charmagne Stevens, Billing & Accounts Receivable Coordinator
