Brandon Joly (He/Him)
Clinical Therapist LCT, RP, MA
Saint John & Virtual Across New Brunswick
About Me
Hello, Iβm Brandon. Iβm a Licensed Counselling Therapist offering virtual therapy across Canada and in-person sessions in Saint John, New Brunswick. I work with individuals aged 13 and up, as well as couples and families, and Iβm proud to offer services in both English and French.
My approach is grounded in compassion, structure, and deep attunement to those healing from complex and long-standing emotional wounds. I specialize in childhood trauma, C-PTSD, complex trauma, and religious trauma, and Iβm trained in TRIP Therapy (Trauma Regulation Integration Processing)βa powerful model designed to help clients regulate their nervous systems, process deep-rooted trauma, and build lasting resilience.
While Iβve worked with a wide range of clients and concerns, Iβm currently shifting my practice to focus more intentionally on TRIP Therapy and those navigating the impacts of early attachment injuries, developmental trauma, and chronic stress. I believe that your storyβhowever heavy or complicated it may feelβis sacred. And Iβm here to help you reclaim it.
My Approach
I use an integrative, humanistic lens, drawing especially from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), parts work, and TRIP Therapy, and I work relationally, always guided by the belief that healing happens not just through insight, but through connectionβboth with ourselves and others.
Who I See
I see adults and couples and offer sessions in both French and English.
My Practice
I work with clients impacted by:
Childhood and attachment trauma
Complex trauma and C-PTSD

If youβre carrying the weight of emotional pain that feels too old, too deep, or too tangled to unravelβplease know you donβt have to do it alone. Thereβs a way through, and Iβd be honoured to walk alongside you.
