"The pain you feel today is the strength you feel tomorrow. For every challenge encountered, there is opportunity for growth."
As a person-centred counsellor, I believe that you are the expert of your own experience. My kind, genuine and enthusiastic personality will help you navigate your journey of self-discovery and personal growth. As your counsellor, I will collaborate with you to build a safe, judgement-free, empathic and compassionate relationship that will focus on strengths, resilience, self-compassion, self-care and healing. I see you, and I’m here for you. You are not alone.
As an eclectic counsellor, I draw from numerous therapeutic approaches in my work, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), constructivist therapies, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapies and more. We will work together to identify goals and find the approach and strategies that fit best for you and your needs.
Our sessions are confidential and safe. I look forward to meeting you!
