Kelly is a trauma-informed, person-centred counsellor who will provide a safe, judgement-free and comfortable environment to explore strengths and support positive change.
Kelly has experience facilitating therapy groups, workshops and mental health training programs. She is very passionate about mental health education and outreach and aims to help de-stigmatize and normalize mental health in our community. She is an advocate for self-care and self-compassion.
"The pain you feel today is the strength you feel tomorrow. For every challenge encountered, there is opportunity for growth."
